Payment methods

In our online store you can pay for your order securely with the following payment methods:

Delivery methods

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Post office (parcel machine or pickup point)

  • Pickup

You can choose the most suitable delivery method at checkout.

Delivery times

We usually deliver stock products within 1–3 business days of receiving the order.
If the product is a custom-made or special product, the delivery time may be longer. In this case, we will indicate the estimated delivery time in the product details.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping method and are displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

Exchange and return

You have a 14-day right to exchange or return the product according to the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is faulty or defective.
